Preparation & Planning

Make your Ladies Night at home a success as you:

· Clean and declutter your space thoroughly

• Decide what treatments you would most enjoy
• Select scented candles, essential oils, and beverages/nibbles
• Get yourself/s a comfy robe, fluffy slippers, and whatever makes you feel most cosy.
• Plan your Ladies Night at home ahead of time to avoid any last-minute stress. An at-home Ladies Night in, or day can be a wonderful gift for someone you love and/or care about.
• Fabulous for hen nights, engagement parties, birthdays, Christmas, baby-showers and more -

On the day it’s a good idea to:

• Dim the lights, close the curtains, and perinate your space with some aromatherapy candles
• Enjoy the healing and calming properties of essential oils. Use an air diffuser for maximum effect. A lovely fragrance of peppermint, rose, or chamomile instantly boosts your mood. Lavender is the right scent to help you relax before bedtime
• Drop some sliced strawberries, cucumbers, and basil into your water (filter & clean). Infused water is delicious, refreshing, and full of minerals. Chamomile, Peppermint, and Ginger teas, lots of fluids – water, juices
• Play some background music. For a Ladies Night, any melodies/tunes that include sleep, meditation, calm, or white noise are perfect. Alexa has some great music lists.
